dpiX is a global leader in TFT semiconductor technology, focusing on top quality research, engineering, development, and manufacturing. dpiX products, image sensor arrays for X-ray imaging and detection, are used by medical equipment companies world-wide.
dpiX LLC is looking for a Test Operator to work in our Colorado Springs, CO location. The position is responsible for flat panel processing of production and engineering lots through various Fab and Test equipment, to include data gathering and equipment qualification. Position is inside a cleanroom environment to include cleanroom gowning and protocol as well as working around hazardous chemicals that require the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of Flat Panel equipment and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment
- Move WIP through the production line in order to meet production targets and objectives
- Data tracking to SPC / Tool Qualifications
- Train / Certify and maintain various Fab / Test operations based on Shift needs / train peers
- Work with Process and Maintenance Engineers for product development, process issues and suggestions
Additional Responsibilities:
- Understand and execute to process engineering issues and directives
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
- Ability to work in and enforce established company safety guidelines / Personal Protective Equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

EDUCATION PREFERRED
- High School Diploma

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- 2 - 5 years Semiconductor / Flat panel experience Test or Fab
Preferred Skills/Knowledge & Proficiency Level:
- Ability to follow written and oral directions in a high-tech manufacturing environment – HIGH
- Possess computer skills and competency in MS office applications (Word / Excel and Outlook) – LOW
- Willingness to learn, improve and adapt when working under time constraints, production and/or quality issues – HIGH
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 procedures and practices - LOW
Work Environment:
- Office: 0% of job
- Fab/Clean room: 100% of job
- Working around hazardous chemicals that require the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Work Schedule:
Shifts: D- Shift 7pm-7:30am Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; plus every other Saturday from 7pm to 2:30am
Extra hours as needed to achieve objectives
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $19.00 15% shift differential on D-shift
- Annual Bonus 10% (prorated first year of employment based on date of hire)
- Sign-On Bonus: $1K net (terms and conditions apply)
- Vaccine Bonus: $100 gross when shown to HR on 1st day of employment fully COVID vaccinated
