Summary: DPL Financial Partners, LLC is searching for an experienced, seasoned Financial Sales Professional to serve as a Regional Vice President of Membership. This person will predominantly focus on driving DPL Membership from a pool of the largest RIA firms in the industry. On a smaller scale, this person will assist the VP of Member Success in working directly with the membership team to provide coaching and assistance to drive sales and exceed corporate goals. This role will assist the VP in management activities, as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, professional, and ingrained with a 'must win' attitude.
Primary Responsibilities:
Production
- Top priority is to Hit and Exceed Monthly & Quarterly Sales Goals by proactively selling to the largest RIA firms in the country by AUM
- Sales focus on identifying and closing ideal candidates for DPL's Breakaway Accelerator Program

Lead prospective members on a path to pro-active DPL Membership
- The goal is to create product sales flows that happen quickly after membership inception.
- Provide subject matter expertise to the more technical parts of the sales cycle.
- Attend and speak at key, selected industry conferences. Occasional travel will be required to assist with strategic membership efforts.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Strategy
- Assist in developing and creating strategic meeting (Onboarding, Education) materials and education pathways.
- Provide feedback to VP on team productivity and field needs.
- Working with the Breakaway Accelerator Program team to set direction
- Participate in Corporate Membership strategy development
Coaching
- Participate in active conversations around accelerating prospective membership sales cycles.
- Engage in shared best practices for prospecting, presenting, and closing membership deals.
- This role could include expanded management responsibilities in the future.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field required.
- 5 years experience within insurance industry
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management and leadership skills.
- Documented computer skills.
- Variable and Life Insurance License Required; Health Insurance License a plus.
