- Perform daily cash positioning.
- Make investment and redemption decisions in-house.
- Review bank account target balances and rebalance cash buckets to optimize earnings.
- Conduct international investments to invest idle cash.
- Maintain long-term cash forecasting (Power BI project).
- Develop and maintain quarterly bank fee analysis.
- Conduct monthly intercompany review and settlement.
- Execute FX (spot and hedging).
- Work together with internal teams such as Finance & Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Regional Controllers, and Family of Companies.
- Prepare quarterly CFO Treasury presentations (Treasury updates).
- Support the Capital Markets function by gathering data, preparing reports, and executing strategy.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal controls.
- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Support the company's financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CTP preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury or financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of cash management, financial planning, and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Experience working at a medium to large size company.
