What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager position at DPR Construction?
- Responsible for construction management, safety, and quality on capital projects located in San Jose, CA.
- Projects are typically retrofit or expansion of existing facilities with scope including office fit out, clean room installation, and the installation of equipment related to chemical production, purification, and packaging processes.
- Project budgets vary from 2 to 30 million with 12-month schedules. On-site presence is expected since daily interaction with contractors, safety and quality personnel is required.
- Bachelor's in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or other related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience as construction manager with experience across commercial building construction, clean room construction, and installation of chemical production processes Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools.
- OSHA 30 certification minimum.
- Experience and capable of interpreting ASME, ACI, Building Construction and Owner Standards and Procedures.
- Experience with Accident Investigations and reports.
- First Aid and CPR Certification.
Salary : $70 - $75
