Responsibilities
- Work as an integral part of the production team to ensure smooth operations and efficient output.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform various tasks including assembly, packaging, and machine operation, as necessary.
- Follow standardized operating procedures and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
- Adherence to Environmental Health and Safety standards including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by job assignment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of production processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for all staff members.
- Physical work includes frequent pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, reaching, lifting, standing, repetitive motions, etc.
- Lifting objects at various load levels.
- Use of tooling that requires specialized training.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to new environments.
- Comfortable learning innovative technology
- Flexibility to support any shift including day, afternoon, night, weekend and swing shifts, as needed. Holiday work may be required.
- Punctuality and attendance are paramount.
- Ability to follow a standardized sequence of steps in a process repetitively for a long time.
- Ability to maintain rate of production while maintaining an elevated level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must have command of the English language both written & verbal.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform similar actions during the workday.
- All candidates will be required to pass a comprehensive background check.
