I am currently seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Investment Analyst. As I am focusing to grow real estate investments, looking for a dedicated, hard-working, and financially skilled individual to seek out new real estate investments (Lands, Industrial, Office, Retail) in the US market.
This individual will have established relationships within the real estate industry in USA. The position offers excellent exposure in USA to buy-side transactions with a focus on new acquisitions, financial modeling, market and sub-market analysis, and property due diligence. This position offers a significant opportunity for advancement as the company continues to expand its investments. This individual will work closely with the firm’s principals and vendor partners through the acquisition process. We focus on identifying acquisition opportunities in growing metropolitan and suburban areas with diversified, stable economies. We expect most of our acquisitions going forward will be in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Sourcing Acquisitions
- Identify and source new investment opportunities
- Explore on-market, off-market, and portfolio investments
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s target markets and investment criteria and document procedures.
- Establish and manage a robust network of stakeholders within the region.
- Regularly correspond with brokers, owners, and other industry professionals.
Oversee all aspects of the deal flow process, from initial sourcing to closing, under the management of the principals.
- Conduct thorough underwriting and modeling for each potential investment, including the identification and analysis of sales/rent comps, evaluation/normalization of rent roll & income statements, and diligent preparation of investment memoranda.
- Conduct diligence on each deal: plan and manage due diligence process, obtain diligence documents, review leases & reports, etc.
- Prepare investment memorandum and have an opinion and recommendation about each investment to present to the investment committee
- Provide guidance on all facets of the real estate investment process.
- Collaborate with the asset management team to bolster portfolio management operations.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. A focus on business, finance, economics, real estate, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ work experience in real estate firms including JLL, Berkadia, CBRE, Newmark, Cushman & Wakefield, etc.
- Profound understanding and experience with real estate fundamentals, business valuation, financial underwriting, and/or accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Able to build real estate financial models in Excel and/or RedIQ etc.., with proficient understanding of deal structures, promotes, etc.
- Able to attend when needed for client and broker meetings
- Work at out Ashburn office
- Flexibility to attend client and broker meetings as needed.
- Willingness to work at the Ashburn office.
