What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Education Advisor position at DPT Management?
Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Patient Education Advisor. The Patient Education Advisor will be the primary point of contact for all incoming patient inquiries including billing and account inquiries. They will also support the clinics with any patient inquiries regarding their accounts and billing. The ideal candidate is confident using technology and EMR systems and has excellent customer service skills. We are looking for a reliable and professional member for our team that is looking for longevity with a growing company.

You must be comfortable talking to patients through different media channels;
- On camera video calls
- Phone Calls
- Emails
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- All Billing Department phone calls - patient and clinic calls
- All patient email inquiries
- All patient balance BL tasks
- Working reports - patient aging, unapplied, credit balances, payment plans, etc.
- Meeting Department goals
