Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette while directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff members.
- Provide clerical support, including typing documents, proofreading materials, and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication purposes.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Operate phone systems effectively to manage calls and messages.
- Assist Doctor of PT as needed in patient program supervision
- Assist clinic manager in facility maintenance
Experience
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Basic clerical skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents.
- Computer literacy with the ability to navigate various software programs efficiently.
