HR Generalist – Grow With Us!
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in the daily operations of our Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy enforcement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, independent environment and ensures HR processes are completed in compliance with company standards and federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
- Process employee inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
- Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all personnel.
- Conduct new hire orientations and implement employee recognition programs and events.
- Execute routine HR administrative tasks, including payroll and leave management.
- Support the HR Department Manager in achieving performance objectives.
- Assist in developing and implementing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role.
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.
- Passion for HR and professional growth in the field.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
