You will be responsible for various tasks in the kitchen and front-of-house operations, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining food safety standards. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their orders.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or a grocery store environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are necessary for effective customer interaction.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
