Your Role on the Team
As a valued team member, you’ll create great experiences for our guests and work as part of a dedicated team. Each day, you’ll:
- Prepare delicious treats and hot food items to delight every guest
- Ensure food is bagged and delivered efficiently and accurately
- Keep your station well-stocked, clean, and organized for the next shift
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards for a secure, welcoming environment
- Contribute positively to our fast-paced, high-energy culture
- Build rapport with regular guests, creating “fan moments” that keep them coming back
Who We’re Looking For
If you’re reliable, motivated, and eager to grow, we’d love to meet you! Ideal candidates will:
- Have at least 1 years of experience in fast food or restaurant settings
- Bring strong customer service skills and experience in a team-oriented kitchen environment
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt easily to dynamic tasks
- Show a commitment to guest satisfaction, with a “Just Say YES” approach to requests
- Be able to handle the physical demands of the role (lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long hours)
