Main Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure accurate order delivery.
- Greet customers promptly and attentively, addressing their needs in a timely manner.
- Process transactions efficiently through the drive-thru and maintain an accurate cash balance throughout the shift.
- Prepare orders quickly while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including food preparation areas, dining spaces, and restrooms.
- Operate equipment safely and correctly, including registers and food/drink related machinery.
- Contribute to end-of-day cleaning tasks and assist with maintaining a high level of quality, service, cleanliness, and value for customers.
Additional Duties
- Assist with inventory rotation and product stocking.
- Participate in parking lot pick-ups, trash removal, and other maintenance activities as required.
- Report any issues or concerns to immediate supervisors in a prompt and professional manner.
