General Manager

Overview:

DQ Grill & Chill (with drive through and dine-in) around Glen Burnie, MD area, is looking for high energy Manager. Candidates must have a proven track record of success in providing leadership, developing staff, effectively managing food cost and labor cost, following and implementing SOPs and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must have a minimum of four years of store Manager experience in a fast food restaurant.

Duties:

• Manage day to day operations of restaurant
• Follow and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Take operational responsibility of restaurant
• Ensure compliance of company’s policies and guidelines
• Recruit, hire, train, retain and develop quality staff
• Provide leadership and training to personnel; recognize and motivate members of the team; coach and train the team for operational excellence
• Ensure Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
• Control two key financial items by maintaining inventory and managing labor efficiently
• Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a Preventative Maintenance Plan based on Company Standards
• Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction

• Stable work history
• At least 4 years of Fast Food Restaurant management experience
• Willing to work any day including weekends and holidays

DQ Grill & Chill management training certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
