What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager position at DQ Grill & Chill?
DQ Grill & Chill (with drive through and dine-in), is looking for high energy Managers. Candidates must have a proven track record of success in providing leadership, developing staff, effectively managing food cost and labor cost, following and implementing SOPs and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must have a minimum of three years of store Manager experience in a fast food restaurant.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage day to day operations of restaurant
- Follow and Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Take operational responsibility of restaurant
- Ensure compliance of company’s policies and guidelines
- Recruit, hire, train, retain and develop quality staff
- Provide leadership and training to personnel; recognize and motivate members of the team; coach and train the team for operational excellence
- Ensure Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
- Control two key financial items by maintaining inventory and managing labor efficiently
- Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a Preventative Maintenance Plan based on Company Standards
- Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
