Your primary role is to Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. You'll be responsible for driving the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion, while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, quality standards, and client expectations. Hybrid work environment. Must be willing to travel to Pittsburgh headquarters when required.

Job Summary:
As a DQE Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within our organization. You'll be responsible for driving the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion, while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, quality standards, and client expectations. Key Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate OSP design and permitting with Outside Plant Engineers, Permits and Application and Building Access groups for the construction of the fiber optic plant.
- Assist Permits and Applications department in ride outs with Utilities, ILECS, CLECS and other Pole attaching companies as needed to get ready to attach.
- Ride out proposed construction plan with OSP Engineer to ensure design of network meets CAPEX budget and customer expectations.
- Prepare budget for project construction and provide support to Manager of Service Delivery, ensuring timely updates.
- Provide emergency response support for network outages and restoration coordination.
- Coordinate aerial, underground, building entrance/internal construction with subcontractors, customers, property managers and property owners.
- Ensure all subcontractors submit as built construction drawings and are uploaded to storage software.
- Approve all subcontractors invoices after verifying accuracy.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Understanding of pole clearances and fiber optic construction per NEC and construction standards.
- Able to read and understand Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) results.
- Understanding of fiber splicing procedures and use of OTDR and power meter.
- Familiarity with OSP Equipment and Lit Service Equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education and Experience:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years Telecommunications, data network or industry specific experience required.
