Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team. The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the organization. This role focuses on managing HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment and Staffing :
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to identify qualified candidates.
Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are successfully integrated
Employee Relations :
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
Support disciplinary and grievance processes as needed.
Compliance and Reporting :
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR documentation.
Prepare and submit necessary reports to management and regulatory bodies.
HR Strategy and Policy :
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Work closely with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of HR experience, preferably in a staffing agency or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
