We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes in a medical or dental setting, if applicable.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide support to management as needed, including acting as a personal assistant when required.
- Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred; experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly desirable but not mandatory.
