Dr. Pinney’s dental practice is looking for a full-time Patient Services Team Member in Juneau, Alaska!

We will provide on-the-job training to the right person. Learning quickly, asking questions, and working as a team is essential. We are located on Willoughby Street in downtown Juneau. Our office offers excellent views of the surrounding mountains and parking is provided at the Downtown Transit Center.
About the Position:
You will be serving as the office receptionist primarily, however, we work as a team, so you will be jumping in where and when you can provide excellent patient care.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Checking patients in and out
- Verifying dental insurance and resolving issues
- Presenting treatment plans and explaining treatment costs
- Managing patient accounts
- Providing exceptional customer service
Benefits/Pay
Starting pay is $25 per hour, depending on experience. Most benefits are provided after 90-days and include:
