Dr. Buffalo MedSpa and Surgery is a modern, high-end medical spa offering results-driven treatments in a calming, luxurious environment.
We’re looking for a Front Desk Concierge who can deliver impeccable client service and help create a seamless experience from check-in to post-treatment care. You’ll be the first impression of our spa and one of the most important parts of our clients' journey.
What We’re Looking For:
- A vibrant, polished, and professional demeanor
- 1 years in a spa, salon, luxury retail, or medical office setting preferred
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
- Experience with booking/scheduling software
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A positive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Available evenings/weekends and open to occasional coverage shifts
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly—in person, over the phone, and via email—with professionalism, care, and a sense of calm
- Manage scheduling for services and providers with accuracy and flexibility
- Answer questions about services, memberships, packages, and skincare products
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of client information and purchases
- Support providers with light back-of-house tasks and prepare treatment rooms as needed
- Keep the front desk pristine and stocked with refreshments, retail products, and promotional materials
- Upsell retail products and promotions that align with client goals (bonus opportunities!)
- Stay current on services, treatment protocols, and spa offerings through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in medical spa or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
