Position: Insurance Coordinator
Schedule: Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
All shifts would require an hour lunch.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
- Create and coordinate treatment plans
- Manage and audit the schedule for accuracy and efficiency
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional approach
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and adherence to telephone protocol
- Complete opening and closing procedures daily

Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years in dental administration and insurance coordination
