Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and auditing the patient schedule for optimal efficiency.
• Providing exceptional patient service by greeting and checking patients in and out.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all telephone communications.
• Completing opening and closing procedures.
• Verifying insurance benefits and accurately coordinating treatment plans.
• Collecting payments and managing financial transactions.
• Assisting with front desk administrative tasks as needed.

We're Looking For:

• 1 years of dental experience, including experience with dental insurance, treatment plan presentations, and financing options.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A positive and proactive attitude.
• A genuine desire to learn and educate others.

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Saturdays of the month
