What are the responsibilities and job description for the Online Sales Manager position at Dr.Care International?
Dr.Care International, Inc. is urgently looking for an experienced Online Sales Manager to expand the business and create new sales opportunities. This will include mainly online sales channels work with opportunity in order to help Dr.Care reach larger audiences nationwide, as well as establishing the brand with high-income clients within the luxury market.
This includes areas such as:
- Google Ads
- Google SEO strategy
- Amazon Seller Central and listings
- Other viable e-commerce channels
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement an online sales strategy that delivers on KPIs
- Set up paid Google ad campaigns that perform at a high level and generate online sales
- Optimize SEO strategy to increase organic reach and search rankings
- Develop and optimize Dr.Care Amazon listings for better ROI, focusing on keywords, attractive media, paid ad strategy/campaigns
- Create a strategy for brand outreach and setting up new sales opportunities in online channels
- Communicate with leads to make sales via social media (FB/Instagram)
- Introduce ad campaigns with influencers, doctors, or other people aligned with the Dr.Care brand to deliver on KPIs
- Implement an email marketing strategy that generates more leads and conversions
- Find weaknesses on the Dr.Care website that prevents sales opportunities and optimize it
- Optimize audience targeting and outreach for high-income earners across the US
- Expand marketing activities and sales opportunities both on and offline
