What You Will Do
Print Collateral/Packaging Design:
- Conceptualize and design packaging for products and kits, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market trends.
- Develop dielines, mockups and print-ready files with precision.
- Collaborate with product teams and vendors to ensure designs meet functional and production requirements.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors print collateral / packaging for inspiration and innovation.
- Create engaging and visually appealing assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Design and optimize visuals for responsive and user-friendly web experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Stay current with emerging digital trends, tools and best practices.
- Work closely with other designers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 5 years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging and digital design projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with packaging design processes, including dielines, production specifications and material considerations
- Strong understanding of digital design principles, including responsive design and optimizing assets for web and social platforms
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in skincare or beauty industry
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for digital design handoffs
- Experience with Figma, Sketch or other digital design tools is a plus
