We are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program, a paid, full-time, 9-week experience from June 2nd to August 1st. Based in our New Jersey and New York offices, this program offers hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle, from Marketing to Manufacturing, along with impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. The Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare team is focused on making a difference in the lives of people by delivering science-based skincare with humanity. We call it skincare with a soul. What You’ll Do

• Support the Global Marketing team in developing and implementing 360 marketing strategies for new innovations.
• Conduct research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
• Help with project coordination, meeting preparation, and general team support as needed.
• Collaborate with 360 teams specifically Global Communications, Creative and Product Development.
• Coordinate all domestic and international shipping of samples as well as local couriers
• Consistently maintain and organize the sample closet ensuring all needed products are stocked
• Brainstorm new, creative pitches and brand-building opportunities for the brand and brand founders
• Support on-site tasks
• Report and analyze findings relating to campaign performance
• Attend team meetings, assist with departmental tasks and network within the business
• Create and present a project to senior leadership generated around true business opportunity
  
  

Requirements

• Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
• Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
• Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
• Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
