Part-Time Sales Associate – Flexible Availability (Work Across Multiple Locations)
Dr. E's Smoke Shop | Joost Vapor | Joost Tobacco – Grand Rapids, MI
Are you looking for a fun, dynamic work environment with flexible hours? Dr. E’s Smoke Shop, Joost Vapor, and Joost Tobacco are seeking a part-time sales associate to work across all three stores. This position averages 15-20 hours per week, with the potential for more. We need someone who is reliable, adaptable, and willing to pick up shifts when team members are sick or on scheduled time off. Open availability, especially on weekends, is highly preferred.
What We're Looking For:
- Someone 21 years old
- Previous smoke shop or vape industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong product knowledge of vape, smoke, and glass products is highly desirable
- A customer-focused attitude with excellent sales and communication skills
- A self-motivated team player who can handle opening/closing duties when needed
- Comfortable with handling cash and operating a POS system
- Willingness to work at all three locations (Dr. E’s Smoke Shop, Joost Vapor, and Joost Tobacco) as needed
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with product recommendations based on their needs
- Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain store cleanliness, restock inventory, and create eye-catching product displays
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to maximize sales
- Be available for additional shifts when needed at any of our three stores
