Summary
We are a multi-specialty dental office looking to hire an associate general dentist. We have specialists doing the complicated extractions and root canals, so this candidate would only focus on bread-and-butter procedures like fillings, crown preps and exams. We are offering very competitive pay and expect efficient work done with great chair-side manner and adhering to the standard of care. We are offering $1000 daily guarantee or 30% of production, whichever is higher.
Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough examinations to determine overall dental health and evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection
- Diagnose and treat dental problems including root canals, extractions, and restoration
- Perform dental care treatments including, fillings, sealants, and crown preps.
- Consult with other dental specialists when necessary
- Supervise staff
- Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA-accredited dental school is required
- Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry
- Current state license
- Previous experience in clinical or private practice
- CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications
- Deep understanding of dental standards and dental medicine trends
- Excellent bedside manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
