Job Overview:
We are looking for an Excavator Operator to support our construction and excavation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Bobcat equipment (MT100, MT65, T595) and pickup trucks, as well as a strong understanding of excavation techniques. This role requires technical expertise, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Bobcat MT100, MT65, T595, and pickup trucks for various excavation tasks.
- Perform excavation operations such as trenching, grading, leveling, and site preparation.
- Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow job site plans, layouts, and instructions provided by supervisors.
- Keep detailed logs of work completed, equipment usage, and maintenance performed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
Requirements:
- Age: 20 to 30 years.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience operating excavators or similar heavy machinery.
- Equipment Knowledge: Proficiency in operating Bobcat MT100, MT65, T595, and pickup trucks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Abilities: Working outdoors in various weather conditions for extended hours. Physical strength and stamina to handle demanding tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with job site layouts and reading construction plans.
- Basic mechanical skills to perform routine equipment checks and minor repairs.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
