Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team, specializing in pool installations. This role demands hands-on experience, technical proficiency, and a strong commitment to safety. The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting construction projects through various tasks such as trenching, grading, leveling, site preparation, technician process. Additionally, the Laborer will be responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of tools and equipment, ensuring their optimal performance. Their expertise in pool construction will be instrumental in ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow job site plans, layouts, and instructions provided by supervisors.
- Keep detailed logs of work completed, equipment usage, and maintenance performed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in pool construction.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in operating Bobcat MT100, MT65, T595, and pickup trucks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with job site layouts and reading construction plans.
- Basic mechanical skills to perform routine equipment checks and minor repairs.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Team player with good communication skills.
