Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader for swimming pool installation to lead a team in delivering high-quality pool construction services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in liner installation, replacement, and constructing above-ground, semi-inground, and inground pools. As a Crew Leader, will oversee daily operations, ensure safety standards are met, and provide exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise a crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance while fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee the installation of pool liners, including replacements.
- Lead the construction of above-ground, semi-inground, and inground pools, ensuring quality and precision.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure all work complies with industry standards and local regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and tools are maintained properly.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on project progress.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold customer satisfaction.
Position Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in estimation or direct sales roles.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
- Driver License.
- Abilities: Working under pressure and extended hours, demonstrating resilience and commitment.
