Job Description:
The Front Desk is responsible for answering incoming phone calls and questions from our customers of the spa. This position requires a person who is highly organized, has a strong attention to detail, and is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Sales experience is very helpful and a desire to perform as make up artist as well.
Essential Functions:
Greet and direct visitors and guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer inbound phone calls, take messages, and relay messages to appropriate staff members.
- Maintain office cleanliness and general appearance.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, answering phones, scanning, etc.
- Monitor voicemails and take detailed messages for providers.
- Assist with maintaining office equipment inventory.
- Assist with maintaining company policies and procedures; follow procedures and policies when handling customer service related issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
Looking for energetic and responsible front desk associate for busy Med Spa in Largo. Can come in between 12 and 2PM to drop off resume and speak with Spa Mgr.
Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of Med Spa services and Medical grade skin products.
Must be able to multi-task, have strong organizational skills.
Must be able to be comfortable with client confrontation and any complaints, need to be willing to redirect conversations in an appropriate way.
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.
1-2 years of previous customer service experience preferred with SALES experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Spa Software scheduling.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision or be able to complete tasks in a timely manner under pressure of high-volume intake calls.
Must have the ability to work on Black Friday mornings and some Saturday mornings if needed.
Must be able to be flexible with your schedule and work overtime if needed.
Must be able to know how to schedule people without any conflicts.
Pay rate depends upon experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
