Candidate to:
- Answer a phone, check-in patients, schedule appointments and direct patient inquiries
- Verify patient eligibility, understand deductibles, co-insurance and co-pays. Provide requested estimates and possess a limited understanding of prior authorization
- Effectively communicate with patients
- Possess a strong attention to detail
- Provide exceptional patient service
- Multi-task
