Manage client appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, using our appointment management software. Provide accurate information about our services, products, and promotions to clients. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies. Collect and process client payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records. Assist in managing client intake forms and ensure all necessary documentation is completed. Collaborate with the MedSpa team to coordinate client flow and optimize efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, complaints, or requests with empathy and professionalism. Sell packages and treatments to clients, explaining the benefits and recommending appropriate options based on their needs and goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or healthcare administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele. Proficient computer skills, including experience with appointment management software. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
