Job description
We are a single-doctor, fee-for-service dental practice seeking temporary front desk support on double hygiene days while we actively hire for our Office Manager role.
The responsibilities for this role are straightforward, standard front-desk duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and assisting patients with inquiries
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Checking patients in and out
Qualifications:
- Previous dental front office experience required
- Strong professional presence and phone etiquette
- Experience with Open Dental software is helpful
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Schedule & Compensation:
- 2-3 days per week (schedule built out a month in advance)
- Hours: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
- 1099 Position (not a permanent employment offer)
- Pay commensurate with experience ($22-$25)
