Dr. Lauren Standefer & Associates is a single doctor, private practice located in McKinney, Texas. We are dedicated to partnering with our patients and team members to establish healthier habits that promote whole-body wellness. We pride ourselves on providing a compassionate and comforting environment.
We are seeking a unique and visionary leader to join our fee-for-service dental practice. This is a salaried, 4-day a week position. This is not a standard management position—it is an opportunity for a CEO-minded professional who thrives on building and leading a high-performing practice.
We need an experienced leader who can take our practice to its full potential in profitability, patient experience, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive practice growth through strategic marketing, operational efficiency, and financial oversight.
- Elevate the patient experience through exceptional service, hospitality, and process refinement.
- Lead, train, and develop the team to achieve high performance and unmatched patient care.
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
- Implement systems and processes that improve patient retention, case acceptance, and revenue.
- Work closely with the doctor to develop long-term growth strategies and optimize practice potential.
Qualifications:
- Verifiable experience in a leadership role, dental preferred, but other industry experience will be considered.
- Clinical experience in a dental setting is helpful but not required.
- Proven success in growing and leading
- Strong business acumen with expertise in profitability, financial management, and strategic planning.
- A visionary mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Experience in marketing, sales, business development, case acceptance strategies, and patient experience enhancement.
