We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our single doctor, fee-for-service private practice in McKinney, TX.
This position includes a 4-day work week, guaranteed hours, competitive hourly rate production bonus, full benefits (medical, dental, 401K), and growth opportunities within the practice.
This is not your typical hygiene role.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough yet gentle hygiene care, including prophy, perio maintenance, and SRP

Educate patients on oral health and overall wellness

Collaborate with the doctor to develop customized patient care plans

Maintain an organized, sterilized workspace with attention to infection control

Keep detailed chart notes and documentation
