Detailed Opportunity Description: FT Patient Care Co-Ordinator position is available at a busy Periodontal, Prosthodontic and Dental Implant office. Seeking a team player with a positive can-do attitude who is detail-oriented and has great organizational and communication skills. Exceeding the expectations for our Patients and their referring Dentists is our number one priority. Specific duties of this role include treatment plan presentations, presenting patient financing options, payment collection, verifying insurance, insurance claims and pre-treatment estimate submission, A/R, scheduling appointments, preparing day end reports, deposit slips, patient correspondence and communication, pre-op and post-op patient care calls, marketing to Referral Doctors quarterly.

Hours M, T, W, Th, F 8:00-5:00pm
Practice Software: Open Dental
Out-of-Network with all insurance plans except two. This practice accepts assignment of primary insurance benefit, but secondary insurance not accepted as a form of payment. Insurance claims filed on behalf of the patients for both primary and secondary insurances.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors
- Diploma
- At least 3 years' work experience in a professional office (dental, medical, or accounting).
- Available to work in person M-F 8:00 - 5:00 pm
