Seeking candidates at all levels of experience who are motivated, energetic, positive, professional, and have strong computer skills.
The Sales Specialist is an Inbound contact center representative responsible for maximizing sales at the highest dollar value possible within the limits of ethics, call type, call volume and customer rapport.
Answer incoming customer calls. Actively listen and ask questions to understand customer needs, proactively make sales suggestions based on the discovery of customer needs.
· Explain to customers how, when and where products would best be suited.
· Proactively asks questions to determine caller’s needs (i.e. size of property, need for accessories, etc)
· Proactively recommends product (by name) based on the discovery of customer’s needs.
· Adhere to objectives established for call quality.
· Adhere to the standards set for attendance and schedule adherence.
Bring important information to a supervisor or leads attention. Stay up to date on products, product information, and training opportunities.
Other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION:
Base of $17.50/hr with the opportunity to earn up to $50,000 or MORE annually with bonuses and commissions!
OVERVIEW: The Sales Rep will build relationships with our customers via, primarily inbound phone interaction, leveraging strong product knowledge to increase average order size and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role will implement feedback delivered by leadership during regularly scheduled coaching sessions.
