POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complies with all cGMP, SOP and other policies and other Federal, State and Local regulations.
- Maintain weekly inventory of consumables and non-material managed items needed for Operations.
- Obtain quotes from vendors for pricing/shipping information on non-material managed items. Search and compare prices on the internet for non-inventoried items if not supplied by vendor.
- Responsible for the creation of service and material purchase requisitions for Operations and Safety Departments.
- Responsible for notifying and working with the uniform service to resolve any service disruptions.
- Responsible for the creation/processing of the various service invoices in SAP for Operations and Safety departments.
- Responsible for the creation and distribution of logbooks used in Operations.
- Create and supply Operations with various inspection cards.
- Responsible for the pick-up and submission of completed inspection cards and other forms from Operations to the Doc Center for filing.
- Ordering of office supplies for Operations.
- Backup to the Maintenance Planner for the creation of work order, service and material purchase requisitions.
- Complete monthly expense reports for both the Operations and Safety departments.
- Provide support to the Safety Manager with the creation of purchase requisitions of needed supplies.
- Obtaining quotes from vendors for safety items requested by the Safety Manager.
- Responsible for monitoring and issuance safety shoe and prescription safety eyeglass vouchers for eligible employees.
- Position requires performing other responsibilities as assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- High school graduate or equivalent G.E.D. required.
- 2 – 4 years administrative experience preferred.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing helpful.
- Personal computer skills with the ability to type accurately and efficiently. Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Know the relationships between modules in SAP and how to best enable processes.
- Able to generate reports.
- Must be self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented and able to handle a large number of complex administrative task.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Able to read and comprehend explicit instructions.
- Able to work days and possibly some evenings with minimal supervision.

Salary : $29,200 - $37,000
