About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled corporate transactional attorney to drive our strategic goals in M&A and Business Development. This role involves supporting transactions across North America and Europe.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Lead acquisition and divestiture deal activities, including drafting and negotiating agreements
- Resolve complex legal issues in M&A and licensing matters
- Advise senior management and cross-functional teams on legal and commercial issues
- Drive robust due diligence processes to identify and mitigate risks
- Work with internal teams to implement integration plans and improve processes
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school in the United States
- Member of at least one state bar in good standing
- 5-8 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm and/or in-house with a life science company
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
