As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Inventory Control Manager to ensure our products flow seamlessly from manufacturers to our warehouse and into the hands of our customers.
About the Role :
The Inventory Control Manager will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, managing purchase orders, and keeping our supply chain running smoothly. This role also serves as a warehouse liaison, ensuring clear communication and coordination between our team and warehouse partners to optimize efficiency.
Beyond inventory management, this position offers an opportunity to contribute to brand growth and expansion through strategic problem-solving, operational improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at communication, and is highly proficient in Excel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and monitor company SKUs to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Manage purchase orders (Bulk & Fill) to ensure timely restocking of inventory.
- Serve as the main liaison between our team and the warehouse to ensure smooth logistics, efficient order fulfillment, and problem resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and coordinate product flow from production to distribution.
- Work closely with the in-house team to communicate inventory changes, forecast needs, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Track and analyze inventory data to optimize purchasing decisions and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot inventory issues and make real-time decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Take a hands-on role in brand growth and expansion by thinking outside the box to identify new opportunities, streamline operations, and help bring innovative ideas to life.
