- Cleanliness: Prep and wash vehicles according to the hand wash process, adhering to established procedures.
- Speed: Perform duties swiftly and accurately, ensuring timely processing of vehicles.

Requirements
- Mandatory attendance every weekend (Fri Sat).
- Previous experience in a car wash or detailing environment preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and precision.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and follow established procedures for equipment operation and maintenance.
