· Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
· Excellent communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents
· Ability to collect and interpret data for instructional purposes

· Ability to meet deadlines
· Familiarity with WIDA and CCSS Standards
· Provide elementary school multilingual learners in self-contained setting for content and language learning
· Develop and implement Sheltered Instruction lesson plans aligned to student proficiency levels and grade level standards
· Participate in professional development trainings and collaborate with the assigned English language acquisition coach
