What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations 5 - Fac - Tech Lead (59239) position at DRÄXLMAIER Group?
Objective of the Job:
- Lead the facility team to maintain, repair facilities' machinery and/or equipment.
- Maintain buildings, technical systems, CMMS system, and install utilities and equipment..
Principal Activities:
- Coordinate associates (i.e.. personnel scheduling, etc.) and equipment scheduling.
- Determine causes of defects/shutdowns in sometimes complex equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc. components; use diagnostic systems as required.
- Conduct the installation and relocation of complex technical equipment (ie. tools, machinery, instruments, etc.).
- Follow up and coordinate activities for efficient energy usage, lighting system, predictive maintenance, and lightning/grounding systems.
- Effectively communicate with the supervisor any problems with safety, equipment, and/or productivity.
- Plan the work processes, material procurement and setup activities, and check documentation for completeness.
- Electrical install per NEC Codes; Air compressor Preventitive Maintenance and Industrial Plumbing.
- OSHA Knowledge.
Job Requirements:
- 6-8 Years of Related Work Experience.
- Microsoft Office.
- On Call Regularly.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Must be Goal Orientated and Show Initiative.
- Heights up to 50 feet.
- Industrial Plumbing.
- Lifting no-more than 100 pounds.
