Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement communication plans that align with company goals.
• Draft and distribute written content, including newsletters, press releases, and internal memos.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Assist in organizing and executing company events, meetings, and presentations.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Support the creation of marketing and promotional materials as needed.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.
• Manage and update the company’s communication tools, including databases and directories.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications, public relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with basic design or content creation tools is a plus.
