- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Manage and organize office files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for staff members.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation as required.
- Maintain office inventory by checking stock and placing orders for new supplies as needed.
