Videographer and Editor

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and motivated TikTok Content Creator to produce engaging video content for two dynamic businesses: a drafting and design company and a real estate company. This role involves filming, editing, and posting TikTok videos to promote both brands, showcasing their services, projects, and unique value propositions. • Plan, film, and edit high-quality TikTok videos tailored to the drafting/design and real estate industries.
• Develop creative concepts that align with each company’s brand identity and target audience.
• Capture on-site footage, including design projects, real estate properties, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software to ensure polished, professional results.
• Post completed videos to TikTok accounts for both companies, optimizing with trending hashtags, captions, and sounds.
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, challenges, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to align content with marketing goals and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating and editing TikTok or short-form video content (portfolio or links to previous work required).
• Strong video editing skills using mobile or desktop editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
• Familiarity with TikTok’s platform, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
• Interest or experience in drafting/design and/or real estate industries is a plus but not required.
• Access to a smartphone or camera for filming high-quality content.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with social media analytics to track video performance.
• Basic graphic design skills for creating overlays or text in videos.
• Knowledge of lighting, sound, and filming techniques to enhance video quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
