SURVEILLANCE AGENT
Protect casino assets via CCTV, in accordance with IGB regulations and internal controls. Provides outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all-inclusive to this position.)
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.
- Observe all guest and team member activities in all monitored areas, including, but not limited to, casino floor, cage, count room, restaurants, and back of house common areas.
- Monitor activity for criminal activity, violation of Illinois Gaming Board regulations, and/or violation of company policies and procedures.
- Appropriately record activities and report observations to company and Illinois Gaming Board officials.
- Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, company policies and procedures, and team member and guest information.
- Track and complete all government reporting.
- Have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations.
- Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
- Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- One to two years of surveillance experience preferred.
- Gaming industry experience is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming License.
