Position Overview :
We are seeking an entry-level Motion Design Co-op who is currently pursuing a degree in a related field. The ideal candidate is resourceful, a self-starter, and someone who enjoys figuring things out. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build their skills in motion design while being part of a small, tight-knit team that values collaboration and positivity.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with motion designers, project managers, art directors, copywriters, creative leads, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life, while ensuring a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Animate engaging content using After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe software.
- Use project management software to track progress and manage tasks efficiently.
- Work on a variety of projects with tight deadlines, adapting to fast-paced, sometimes hectic environments.
- Pay close attention to detail and be willing to make multiple rounds of edits to achieve the best result.
- Maintain clear and prompt communication with your team via Slack and other tools.
- Put yourself in the customer's shoes to create engaging, thoughtful experiences, not just going through the motions.
- Take initiative and problem-solve independently, while also knowing when to ask for help.
- Pick up new projects, software, and challenges quickly.
- Interest in latest creative trends (ai, animation software, AE effects, plugins, scripts, etc...)

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 16.16 USD - 20.20 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range and how that was determined during the hiring process.
