IT Support Technician

Objectives of the Role
- Provide technical support for computer hardware and software issues.
- Resolve staff IT issues through phone, in-person, or remote assistance.
- Act as the primary liaison with local vendors to coordinate services and support.
- Install, configure, and update hardware and software as required.
- Maintain and update a database of solutions, including tips and troubleshooting steps.
- Resolve technical challenges promptly, leveraging available resources effectively.
- Build and deploy OS images to ensure consistent system functionality.

Requirements
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a professional environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of:
- Operating Systems: Windows 10, and 11.
- Software Suites: G Suite, Microsoft Office. Office 365.
- Server Systems: Windows Server 2016, Exchange 2016. VMware and Hyper-V.
- Wireless network troubleshooting. Meraki and FortiGate experience are a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, particularly under pressure.
- Capacity to learn and support backend AT&T processes, including access and workstation setup requirements.
- Proficiency in documenting technical processes with clear, detailed instructions.
- Availability to work 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM and as needed after hours.
- Ability to support both onsite in Miami Lakes and remotely.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as A or Microsoft MCP.
- Ability to provide seamless IT support across multiple office locations.

Pay Range: $55,000 to $62,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience
