- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and quality of work performed.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards during dredging operations.
- Prepare daily reports documenting work progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Analyze project data and provide recommendations for improvements in processes and efficiencies.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates and insights on dredging operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in marine dredging or related construction projects.
- Strong understanding of marine construction methods, equipment, and environmental regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with hydraulic and mechanical dredging equipment.
